Very disappointed with my experience at Apache Pizza Skerries. This is the second time I've ordered a pizza with anchovies through their website, only to receive a phone call afterwards saying they don't stock anchovies. If they no longer offer them, they should remove them from the online menu instead of allowing customers to order something that isn't available. Looked up today its still on their website to order!!!!!!!!!
After cancelling my order, I was told it would take 3–5 working days to receive my refund, leaving me without my meal or my money. As someone on a full disability allowance who relies on delivery services, this caused unnecessary hardship.
I sent a formal complaint to Apache Pizza's head office but received no reply, no apology, and no follow-up from the Skerries store manager. The lack of communication and customer care has been just as disappointing as the original issue.
I've been a loyal Apache Pizza customer for years and have always had excellent service from the Balbriggan store, but after being let down twice by the Skerries store and receiving no response to my complaint, they've lost a loyal customer.

Onion rings were burnt and brittle, chips were completely bland, pizzas were bland, and only 3 pieces of chicken in the triple decker. Not worth the money at all.

Tried the new pizza and it was just drenched in sauce (not pizza sauce) over a very dry margarita pizza. Apache in general have dropped quality. The bread is so thin and everything is drenched in sauce besides the pizza sauce. Dry as a bone. Fast delivery though , hence the extra star
